How to order the card? How to request it again in case of loss, theft or other cases?

You can request your physical card from the App. You just need to go to “Card” and click on “Request card”.

We will send you the card to the address that you provided us.

If your card has not arrived in 15 working days, you have lost it or it has been stolen, you can ask for a new one by contacting us via WhatsApp through the App or sending us an email to [email protected].

Tell us about your case and we will proceed to ask and send a new card to the address that you provide us.
