How to order the card? How to request it again in case of loss, theft or other cases?

You can request your physical card from the App. You just need to go to “Card” and click on “Request card” and on the next screen type the address where you want to receive it.

In the next step, you will be given the price of the shipment: 4,90€. If you don’t have money in your account, you can make a bank transfer from another account by tapping on “Top-up money”. If you have money in your account, just click “Pay and Finish”.

If your card has not arrived in 15 working days, you have lost it or it has been stolen, you can ask for a new one by contacting us by writing to support@bnc10.com , by WhatsApp (from the bnc10 app) or Telegram.

Tell us about your case and we will proceed to ask and send a new card to the address that you provide us.
