When making an online purchase, you have to make sure that you meet the following conditions to avoid experiencing a payment error:
• Have a good internet connection.
• Have money in your account.
• Make sure you don’t have the card frozen / locked (you can check it in the App in the section “Cards”> “Settings”).
• If you can’t confirm the push message in 5 minutes, simply restart the payment process on the website.
• If you are using an iOS device, be sure to disable the “Do not disturb” mode.
