Sometimes freezing your card can be very useful, like in cases of theft or loss. Moreover, you can decide if you want to freeze it permanently or temporarily.
This way, you will always have full control of your card and you can protect yourself against unauthorized transactions.
We recommend you to freeze your card as soon as possible if you see strange transactions and movements in your account. You can always defrost it later.
You can freeze it very easily by following these steps:
1. Go to the “Cards” section
2. Click on “Settings“
3. Press the “Freeze card” button.
You can also report the theft or loss to our Customer Support team (email@example.com). This way you can order a new card.
If you want to defrost it later, you just have to click on “Freeze card” again.
